Timber Framed Garden Out-Building

This project transformed a traditional Cotswold garden byreplacing an ageing wooden shed with a bespoke L-shaped timber-framed gardenbuilding. The new structure provides a versatile and beautifully finishedoutdoor space built to last.

The team began by clearing the site, preparing the ground,and setting accurate levels to create a stable base. With the sub-base anddrainage in place, concrete foundations were poured, followed by a first courseof brickwork to define the building’s L-shaped footprint.

A precision-poured concrete slab formed the perfect base forthe timber frame, ensuring long-term structural stability. The timber frameinstallation required careful alignment and craftsmanship, setting the stagefor the roof structure and tiled finish. Once the roof tiles were laid, thebuilding became fully weather-tight and complete, a durable and elegantaddition to this Cotswold home.

The completed outbuilding showcases Godson Dillon’sattention to detail, craftsmanship, and understanding of Cotswold architecturalstyle. The result is a timeless and functional garden structure thatenhances both the usability and character of the property.
